Favorite Finds Friday!

I am no expert when it comes to the Enneagram, but I am fast becoming a student. If you have never heard of it, it’s a personality test, but more than a personality test. Its roots can be found in Christianity. It centers around 9 basic types of personality. Each personality has 2 wings. Those consist of personality traits that influence our specific type. Our types don’t change, but we display our wing traits in our healthy and unhealthy states.

This is the first book that I am reading about the Enneagram is The Sacred Enneagram by Christopher Heuertz. I randomly saw it Barnes and Noble. I was drawn to it immediately! I’m so glad I did! I’m only a few chapters in, but I’m loving it!

If you’ve been wondering what the big deal is about the Enneagram or if this is your first time hearing about it, grab a copy here.

All of their products are made with the highest quality ingredients. Their granola really meets everyone where they’re needs are. They are made of grain-free or ancient grains. There include adaptogenic ingredients which are great for helping your body deal with stress.

The company has other products, but the granola is my JAM!!!
